Meet the Woodworker, Tom Scantlin

"I spent over 40 of my professional years in outside sales, first with Sterling 12 Star Paint, a Little Rock based paint manufacturer, traveling a good bit of Arkansas and the surrounding states. Then the last half in the newspaper business with the NW Arkansas Democrat Gazette, where I served REALTORS in helping to market their listings through the newspaper's varied publications.

I also have been a volunteer fire fighter for over 30 years and an EMT over 25 years. Working as an EMT is now my full time career.

My wife and I started Indian Creek Woodworks, LLC seven years ago to make Adirondack chairs, but have moved on to make just about anything you can imagine out of wood."
